I help people see together what they couldn’t yet see on their own.
I’m a production engineer, a specialist in project management and innovation, an MBA professor, and the author of the bestselling book Afluência Criativa.
After more than ten years in the corporate world, I realized that the greatest challenges rarely stem from a lack of information. They emerge when smart people look at the same problem but struggle to build a shared understanding of it.
My journey has taken me through very different contexts, always with the same approach: building bridges between different perspectives so people can think, decide, and create together.
This diversity has expanded my ability to listen and my capacity to translate complexity into direction. Today, I apply this skill to strategic planning, transformation journeys, events, learning experiences, and innovation projects.
Through active listening and visual synthesis, I help people turn noise into decisions and action. My role is to make visible the patterns, connections, and possibilities that have yet to be recognized.
I believe visual thinking helps organize ideas, bring people closer together, and transform the way we see a situation.
